William H. Groner

Bringing extensive trial experience to the managing partner’s role, William H. Groner supervises all firm litigations, trials, and settlements. He has been personally involved in client recoveries in excess of 250 million dollars, making him one of the most successful personal injury attorneys in the Westchester County and White Plains, New York area. In addition to supervising the firm’s general negligence, medical malpractice, and product liability litigations, William H. Groner also is co-managing the firm’s pending mass tort lawsuit involving more than 9,000 rescue and recovery workers who are ill from their exposure to toxins at Ground Zero, with damages believed to be in excess of several billion dollars.

Michael L. Taub

As a trial attorney, Joel B. Savit has handled some of the most high-profile personal injury lawsuits in New York. He served as prosecutor for numerous well publicized cases, including the Happy Land Social Club fire, the City College stampede, the Richard Chambers “Preppie” murder, the Avianca plane crash, and the first World Trade Center terrorist attack.
